The City of Burbank recently published the following information on their website concerning 2014-15 vehicle stickers:
The 2014-2015 stickers expired on April 30, 2014. Applications for renewal stickers for the 2014-2015 period were mailed out April 17, 2014 and went on sale April 21, 2014. City of Burbank renewal stickers can be purchased at the Clerk’s office in City Hall during scheduled office hours. To avoid standing in line, applications sent through the mail are handled promptly and will save you time. PLEASE do not come in without your form filled out. The City pays for these forms to be mailed to you. If you don’t receive a form within a week after they are mailed out, please come in and we do have blank forms. Stickers will also be available at Archer bank at their two Burbank locations, one at 6400 W. 79th street and the other at 4850 W. 87th street. There is a small service charge, but they are open at times City Hall may be closed. Seniors can only receive their “discounted” sticker at Burbank City Hall – not the Archer Bank locations!!!
Seniors are entitled to one discounted sticker per household each sticker year. Residents applying for a senior sticker must reach the age of 65 before May 1, 2014 and supply proof of age. If you have previously received Burbank vehicle stickers, your records will be on file. There will also be one discounted sticker per household with handicapped license plates (not the placard). One discounted sticker total is all a household would receive.
A RENEWAL STICKER PURCHASED ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 2014 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 100% PENALTY. YOUR CURRENT STICKER EXPIRES APRIL 30, 2014 SO WE ARE GIVING YOU ALMOST A FULL MONTH’S EXTRA TIME TO BUY ANOTHER WITHOUT PENALTY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS !!
