The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Burbank Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can determine whether an offender is guilty or not guilty of the offense with which he or she has been charged.
Section 9-22 of Burbank, Illinois - Code of Ordinances defines a Disorderly House as follows:
Sec. 9-22. Disorderly house.
Every person who keeps or maintains any bawdy or disorderly house, or any house, or other place where any person is permitted or suffered to make any improper noise or disturbance, or any house or other place where any minor is permitted to drink intoxicating drinks of any kind, or play with dice, dominoes, cards, balls, or other articles used in gambling, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
