Miller’s Ale House, a Florida based restaurant chain that promotes a ‘come as you are’ neighborhood tavern atmosphere, is tentatively scheduled to open next April after a complete remodel.
Extensive demolition and renovation work is well underway on the building located at the corner of 95th Street and Ridgeland Avenue on the property of Chicago Ridge Mall. Real estate records show the 8,000 square foot outparcel building, leased to Miller’s Ale House, for sale at just over $4.1 million.
Miller’s Ale House advertises “top-quality food at a great value,” and offers a large menu of American fare. Signature items include “World Famous Zingers”—fresh hand breaded boneless chicken tenders tossed in a variety of sauces, and “Captain Jack's Buried Treasure”—an ice cream fudge cake with an Oreo crust.
The restaurant contains an abundance of HD TVs featuring ultimate sports viewing packages and a full-service bar serving wine, liquor, and over 75 varieties of beer.
Miller’s Ale House has over 75 restaurants in 10 states. The Chicago Ridge location is the growing restaurant chain’s first foray into the southwest suburbs—its other Illinois locations include Lombard and North Riverside.
