A Summit, Ill. man was arrested after brawling with police officers Saturday night.
On Jan. 25 at approximately 9:50 p.m., Burbank police were summoned to a home in the 8600 block of South Melvina Ave. for a disturbance at the residence.
When officers arrived, they were informed by the residents living in the home that an intoxicated guest had battered them. The guest was identified as Skyler J. Loveall, 24, of Summit.
When officers went to place Loveall under arrest and take him into custody, he began fighting with police resulting in minor injuries to a Burbank officer and a Bridgeview officer, according to a police source.
Loveall was subsequently subdued and placed into custody by assisting officers.
Loveall is charged with two counts of battery to a police officer, resisting arrest, and one count of battery to the resident.
